What is GAUNTLET?
A roguelite card battler for iPhone, set in The Gauntlet Protocol: a machine-run elimination tournament where 100 machines enter, eight lethal sectors stand between them and the Nexus, and one survivor becomes the Gauntlet. Every run in the game is a Protocol simulation of Cycle 7.
Is it free?
Free to download. Every run is free to the end of sector 02, and the Daily Gauntlet is free in full. THE FULL GAUNTLET is one purchase (£4.99) that opens every sector and the Nexus for good. No ads, no loot boxes, no energy timers and nothing that buys power. In the beta, the whole game is free.
What do I need for the beta?
An iPhone on iOS 17 or later and Apple's free TestFlight app. Open the invite on your iPhone, tap Accept, then Install.
When does it launch?
When live testing is done and the machines are tuned from testers' feedback. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day it opens on the App Store.
Android? iPad?
iPhone only for now. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you if that changes.
Does the game collect my data?
No. The game has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and your progress stays on your iPhone. If you sign in to Game Center, your Daily Gauntlet score goes to Apple's leaderboard. The waitlist keeps only what you type into it. Privacy policy.
